With awareness, thoughts can be interrupted and an opportunity for change can be offered in the moment.
A person can literally rewrite the playbook of their lives and change their reality by witnessing and interrupting the thought processes of their human mind.
Without conscious awareness of thoughts and beliefs, a person is powerless to change undesirable and repeated patterns of cause and effect. Unconscious thought patterns reinforce negative or limiting beliefs about reality.
Unconscious beliefs can be understood as the automatic script for an individual’s life.
They are a set of rules, often designed from earlier life experience, not based in truth, yet function as truth. They severely limit what is possible for the individual. They define and create perceptions about life.
Perception is the lens by which life is viewed, experienced, and understood.
Unconscious belief systems can be made conscious through curiosity about patterns of life experiences that seem to repeat. There may be limiting beliefs at play with accompanying thoughts such as, ‘this always happens to me’, or ‘See, I have the worst luck’, or ‘people are mean’, or ‘I’ll never have enough…’
Identifying the obstacle of limiting beliefs creates freedom to choose, how to consciously respond in life rather than automatically reacting to it.
Individuals who are free from the limitations of negative beliefs have the extraordinary opportunity to create more of what they want, and less of what they don’t want. This affects every area of their lives. Transformation is a process of releasing misunderstandings and judgments about reality and opening with curiosity to the creative truth.
